This style of a manicure offers flawless long lasting tucked in cuticles . As a licensed nail tech with 7 years of experience I'm here to break down everything you need to know about the "Russian Manicure" so let's get into why you should opt in for this type of a manicure.
Let's start with what exactly a "Russian Manicure " is .This style of manicure is also known as a e-file manicure, which is a dry technique that uses different types of drill bits to help remove cuticles from the nail plate and to help prep the nail plate so that way your manicure last longer. I'm sure you are use to the traditional way of removing the cuticles which is soaking the cuticles with cuticle remover then pushing back the cuticles with a pusher and then using a nipper to remove the lifted cuticle. The Russian Manicure allows for a safer and cleaner removal . You will notice right away the cuticle area looks neat and helps nails appear done longer for weeks .

The correct answer is ,if it's done CORRECTLY! A Russian Manicure is safe when done by a trained nail tech. Just because you are a nail tech doesn't mean you can just start offering russian manicures. You can really hurt your client so it's important to get the correct and proper training. Without proper training you could cause damage to the nail plate or worse .
How to maintain your fresh Russian manicure
Like any good nail tech will tell you to do is to wear gloves while cleaning ,use use use your cuticle oil , don't pick your nails ,skin and lastly make sure to schedule your nail appointments .
I think the Russian Manicure is one of the best choices you can make . Especially for you that want a perfectly polished manicure that last longer than anything you have ever gotten .
