Here is another one of my favorites for my clients . This Dr. Teal's Pure Epson salt soak is really good for relaxing those tired sore feet after a long day . I mean if your whole body is sore then sprinkle half a cup in your bath water and soak for about 20 minutes. I just found out that Dr Teal's has a Ginger bread scent soak ! I can't wait to try it with my client for their pedicures.

Before I refer a gel polish option to be used in your home , Please use with caution!!!! So my favorite at home gel polish would be the beetles gel polish from amazon . If you decide to use gel polish on your own PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE (Sabrina Carpenter voice) DO NOT GET IT ON YOUR SKIN AND MAKE SURE YOU CURE IT PROPERLY .
